Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Engraver Operator to support production operations by managing nameplate engraving and related documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft software, SAP, and the ability to operate and navigate multiple software systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use SAP to retrieve and manage print documentation and determine required nameplates.
• Operate engraving machinery to produce accurate and high-quality nameplates as per specifications.
• Maintain and organize job-related paperwork and documentation.
• Accurately input and retrieve data using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Operate and switch between multiple software platforms used in production workflow.
• Ensure all engraved nameplates meet quality and labeling standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet daily engraving needs and deadlines.
• Maintain engraver equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures related to equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

• Engraving experience is required with a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• General computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Prior experience operating engraving equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
