HybridDescription:The client is seeking an experienced Epic certified Principle trainer in Resolute HB & PB to lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of role-based training programs and training environments (MST) across our Epic ecosystem.Required Epic Certifications (must be current at time of hire)Resolute Hospital Billing Curriculum CertificationResolute Professional Billing Curriculum CertificationTED105 – Training Wheels Behind the Scenes CertificationTED300 – Training Environment Build CertificationCurriculum & ContentDesign, develop, and maintain role-based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools.Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation.Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes.Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.Training Environment (MST)Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams.Delivery & FacilitationCo-facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands-on exercises.Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions.Present information clearly—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences.Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support.Educator & MentorServe as an expert educator to client staff.Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed.Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required.Planning & AdministrationManage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines.Support curriculum and training development for third-party applications as needed.Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of ExperienceEpic Principal Trainer Experience - Required - 3 YearsActive Epic certifications listed above (Resolute HB, Resolute PB, TED105, TED300). - Required -EHR/Health IT training experience - Required - 5 YearsAbility to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities, & ensuring training sessions & materials meet Epic's standards - Required -Skill and experience in adult education, especially for health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications - Required - 3 YearsDemonstrating flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods - Required -Demonstrated abiilty to take ownership of work activities &ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely - Required -Ability to learn new content and leverage that knowledge to develop strong training programs. - Required -Develops presentations & presents in a clear & interesting manner, commanding the audience's attention, & handling questions/challenges. - Required - 3 YearsExperience performing job shadowing - Required - 3 YearsCredentialed and/or experienced in developing the Epic training environments. - Highly desired - 3 YearsNotes:HybridVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
