This position is responsible for reviewing errors, researching and analyzing information to correct tax documents and payments that require further analysis. If you like to work with a great team that collaborates, is hyper-focused on supporting the customer, and solving problems, this role is for you.Responsibilities:This position works independently to Research, Analyze and Validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review.This position will consult a procedural manual for direction. You will be working with two systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material and will be performing mathematical calculations, cross-referencing, and researching of system and taxpayer errors;You will be responsible for accurate and productive work in a deadline driven work setting.Requirements:Knowledge of: Banking credits and debits.Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google SuitesNotes:Will need to be onsite for the first day (Orientation).
