If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love operational excellence, and have a “get it done” mindset, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Data & Systems SupportClean and prepare contact lists for campaigns and outreachLoad contacts into systems as needed (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation tools)Submit web content requests for event recordings and resources on client websiteCreate and manage Salesforce Campaigns and campaign member statusesSubmit and track tickets in Monday.com and other internal systemsMarketing & CommunicationsDraft and support email communications for event invites, confirmations, and follow-upsAssist in gathering and formatting content for post-event summary decksCoordinate and schedule pre-event and post-event syncs with SalesLogistics & OperationsResearch sponsorship opportunities, venues, vendors, and promotional itemsAssist with ordering and tracking event supplies; coordinate approvalsTrack agreements, invoices, and payment statuses for sponsorships and vendorsSubmit requests and track tasks across client tools including OneSource, Teams, and MondayReporting & BudgetSupport ROI reporting and metrics tracking post-eventUpdate event budgets and process documentation as neededQualifications:1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative supportExperience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with B2B marketing or events in a corporate settingExperience working with tools like Salesforce or similar marketing platformsPrior experience supporting event or sponsorship teamsNotes:RemoteVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
