Position Overview


The Event Manager may be asked to do the following as determined by the client management Assume full or partial control of all aspects of an event. Delegates duties and or tasks to others. Responsible for full or partial client contact. Completes reports or paperwork. If an employee is injured, may be required to complete reports and immediately contact client management. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

We are looking for someone with higher education/student services experience. This person will take over designing and executing events for various student communities such as first-generation students, veterans, and students with children. They should have knowledge of higher education institutions, facilitation experience, the types of support these communities need, and, ideally, familiarity with the client ecosystem. It would be a bonus if the person has experience coordinating events. Many of our events are after 5 p.m., and we will need support during those times.

Hybrid - partial time on campus/partial time WFH (working/living in MA).
