Description:

Events Manager

The client is seeking a dynamic Events Manager to oversee the end-to-end strategy, planning, and flawless execution of high-impact events and sponsorships that drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally across the organization to lead both client-hosted and industry events that support company objectives and bring the client brand to life.

We’re looking for an execution-oriented marketer who loves both strategy and details — someone who can develop scalable processes, juggle multiple priorities, and inspire teams around a common vision. You should be highly organized, analytically minded, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
Own the strategy and full execution of the client’s sponsorships and events, with a focus on client-hosted activations.
Develop and manage repeatable, scalable processes for planning, executing, and reporting on events and sponsorships.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend customer and industry event opportunities that align with business goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive multi-channel promotion and amplify client’s presence.
Lead event planning meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Manage budgets, track spend, and build performance reports to demonstrate ROI.
Collaborate closely with sales on pre- and post-event outreach, staffing, and lead conversion strategies.
Innovate creative tactics to bridge virtual and in-person audiences.
Continually evaluate new technologies and best practices to enhance the event experience.
Perform other related duties and special projects as needed.

Experience & Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B event strategy and execution.
Proven track record managing end-to-end event programs, from concept through post-event reporting.
Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Analytical thinker with a passion for measuring success and optimizing performance.
Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, humility, and curiosity.
Proficiently using Mac and Microsoft Office Suite.
