Job Description


• Provides administrative support to executive-level management: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, report preparation, tracking department budgets and meeting planning/preparation.
• Handles all routine mail or inquiries and sets priorities to projects assigned. Keeps an accurate calendar of appointments, meetings and due dates for executive.
• Requires previous experience and may require additional training specific to the corporate culture and procedures.
• Functions with minimal supervision.

• The preference is for someone who has worked in either medical device or pharma or a highly regulated industry, so they understand the need for attention to detail for audit requests.

Manager is looking for:

List 3-5 hard requirements for the role:
• Ability to consolidate & edit PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage meetings across several time zones.
• Take meeting actions and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks are timely. The preference is for someone who has worked in either medical device or pharma or a highly regulated industry, so they understand the need for attention to detail for audit requests.

• Previous experience supporting a DVP, EVP, etc.
