Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support leadership hiring initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing Director- and Vice President-level candidates while partnering closely with senior leadership to meet strategic talent needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP-level roles from both internal and external talent sourcesPartner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and define candidate profilesDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill rolesScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational objectivesPresent and recommend top candidates to leadershipManage offer process, including negotiation and, when applicable, relocation coordinationMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organizationStay current on compensation trends, benefits, and HR policies to inform hiring decisionsSupport and mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies, campaigns, and talent attraction effortsContribute to the development and optimization of enterprise talent acquisition strategies, processes, and best practicesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HRProven experience recruiting for senior leadership roles (Director and VP level)Strong experience creating robust, executive-level, recruitment and sourcing strategiesStrong experience acting as a Talent Advisor to executive-level hiring managers and stakeholdersExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniquesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Workday ATSCorporate recruiting experience within a large organizationHealthcare or insurance industry experienceExecutive search experienceSPHR certification or equivalentDemonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that produce diverse candidate slatesExperience leading or supporting recruiting teams and talent acquisition initiativesProject management experience, including process improvement initiativesStrong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with organizational goalsExperience partnering with senior leaders and executives throughout the hiring processNegotiation skills, including vendor management experienceKnowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and HR systemsWillingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays as neededNotes:100% Remote
