Description:We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to focus on improving and scaling the candidate experience in partnership with our executive recruiting team. You will be responsible for creating a "white glove" candidate experience for all candidates and stakeholders. This includes everything from interview scheduling, improving executive recruiting interview scheduling processes, and actively contributing to the success of the executive recruiting team.
This role reports into the Director of Executive Recruiting.
Supports the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing a world class candidate experience
Coordinates all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Teams and Dial- in detailsDevelops and provides an interview agenda in a professional manner to all partiesMaintains a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant trackingEnsures an open line of communication with the Executive Recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduledBuilds and maintains strong relationships with the Executive Recruiter and Hiring teamsFields questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the Executive recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduledProvides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc dutiesOther duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes; Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tooling preferred, e.g. Workday ATS. Autonomous and highly organized with an incredible attention to detail and extremely professional written/verbal communication skills; Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process; Independent, organized, and creative with a keen sense for "five star service" and a high touch experience; Calm under pressure with positive, "can do" attitude.

3. Someone who knows what good looks like in an Executive Recruitment Coordinator role and can take ownership of helping build/develop
