Qualifications:Responsibilities:This position is responsible for assisting exhibitors at trade shows/conventions produced by client. They are also responsible for all customer service support functions, such as completing orders, answering questions, handling invoices and other administrative and customer service functions pre show, during show, and post show. Strong customer service skills required to provide first class face to face service at show site as well as over the phone and through email communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Handle customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow through while focus on a resolution that is in the best interest of all parties.Ability to analyze, recommend, and challenge proposals to create the most effective solutions8:00 AM - 5:00 PMTotal Reg Hours: 40.00VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
