Description:Monitors supply chain and acts to prevent delays and shortages in the flow of materials from warehouse or suppliers to production lines and worksites. Compiles and maintains inventory and status information to optimize movement of material and parts. Uses ERP system to order, receive, ship and store parts and updates records. Ensures required stock is on hand or on order to support operations. Processes purchase requisitions to order required parts. Tracks shipments, confirms rates with carriers, consolidates loads, and selects most cost effective method of transport. Serves as a link between quality, engineering, customer service, production control and manufacturing to provide feedback on potential bottleneck areas.Position SummaryThe Export Coordinator is responsible for managing export administration and distribution activities to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of products to international customers and partners. The position requires three days per week on site after initial training, which will be full-time on site for the first two to three months.
