Position Overview



The Exterior Services team is seeking a contractor to provide operational and program support for a six-month engagement. This role will support the management and execution of the client's exterior service programs, including landscaping, lot sweeping, and snow removal. The contractor will be responsible for vendor management support, work order administration, data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution across a large portfolio of locations.

Required Skills

3+ years supporting operational programs, facilities programs, vendor management functions, or field service operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard development.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines within a high-volume operational environment.
Experience working with vendors, service providers, contractors, or external business partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review operational data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Experience maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting process execution across multiple locations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to perform audits, quality reviews, and data validation activities.

Preferred Skills

Experience using IBM Maximo or similar CMMS/work order management platforms.
Experience reviewing scopes of work, service proposals, maintenance requests, or vendor submissions.
Facilities management, maintenance operations, property management, field operations, or service program experience.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations or large multi-location programs.
Exposure to landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, exterior services, or related vendor-managed services.
