Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) CoordinatorResponsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for project equipment, ensuring tests are executed according to project requirements and witnessed by relevant stakeholders. The major day to day responsibilities of the FAT Coordinator is:Schedule and coordinate FATs with suppliers, project team, and customer representatives.Ensure that all test procedures, documentation, and acceptance criteria are in place prior to FAT.Facilitate communication between suppliers, engineering, quality, and customers during FAT activities.Track and document FAT results, ensuring that all punch-list items are recorded and closed.Distribute certified FAT reports and test certificates to the project team for turnover documentation.Education and experience:Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering BSC. And with Project Management experienceVery good admin and organizational skillsVery good communication skillsExperience with conducting Final acceptance testing for major equipment, such as Transformers, reactors, capacitors, or any other power equipmentExperience with logistics and product expeditingSystem Engineering coordinationExperience with national and international energy regulations.Notes:Hybrid Role (Will need to visit client sites)Work schedule -Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 ESTTravel: Up to 40%
