Description:

Job requirements:

Talent responsible for keeping the assembly lines running during the 3rd shift on the shop floor. Troubleshoot camera equipment, break fix issues that may occur during the line.

Work with Operations on a daily basis to maintain product flow through Turf Care’s “MES” system on all assembly lines.
Manage mistake-proofing devices including but not limited to PLCs, HMIs, machine vision, light curtains, pick-to-lights and smart torque tools. Electrical circuit understanding
Diagnose and repair any issues which may include hardware (light-curtains, machine vision, pick-to-lights, VFDs) or software (C#, programmable logic controllers, HMI software).
Work with Manufacturing Engineering when needed to develop mistake proofing plans, layouts, and budgetary costs for both OFP and PDP projects.
Develop PLC logic, HMI programs, manage multiple SQL databases
Perform any other maintenance related tasks as directed.
Develop and accurately maintain current documentation as necessary for Mistake Proofing Spreadsheets, AutoCAD drawings, instruction kits, etc.

Qualifications:
Reliable self-starter who is able to prioritize shop floor issues and manage project workload efficiently.
Exceptional Computer Skills– Troubleshooting and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with SQL and database management
Prior experience with Allen-Bradley PLC software suite (Mid-Moderate level)
Prior experience with Presence Plus camera software, Cognex, Banner, Keyence, Fanuc Robotics.
Knowledge of electrical safety NFPA70, Arc Flash Safety
Knowledge of electrical circuits (480VAC down to 24VDC)
Excellent communication skills
Possess good logic and problem-solving skills paying close attention to detail.
Knowledge of the daily operation of assembly line related tasks.
Knowledgeable with general safety and as it relates to maintenance functions

Additional Desired Skills:
Ability to create graphs and decipher trends.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Prior ladder logic programming experience.
Working knowledge of mistake proof planning and PFMEA
Aerial Lift Certification


Notes:

3rd shift

6:30pm-5:00am

40 hours

Monday-Thursday 4-10hr days. Friday overtime is possible but is the exception
