Description:


We’re seeking a bold and driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our client marketing team.


What to Expect:


As a Field Marketing Specialist for the client , you will manage the strategy through execution of select regional events - both in-person and virtual - that accelerate pipeline, strengthen partner engagement, and elevate brand presence. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Verticals to design integrated event strategies that align with business priorities and deliver measurable results.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, a deep understanding of event marketing best practices, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and with partners.


Reporting to the Senior Director of client Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to drive full-funnel marketing impact, optimize ROI, and enhance brand reputation.


You Will Make an Impact By:


Event Strategy & Planning:

Develop and manage a strategic regional event plan that drives a consistent, bold brand experience that generates opportunities and builds pipeline.

Evaluate and prioritize event opportunities based on ROI and strategic fit.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event messaging aligns with go-to-market priorities.

Support integrated marketing tactics for assigned, from concept and creative development to implementation, optimization, and reporting.

Manage quarterly regional event budget and optimize spend for maximum impact.

Leverage data insights to refine event strategy and report on marketing contribution.

Communicate and advise Sales teams on procedures and event best practices.

Develop and execute internal communications to raise awareness of where client is participating.


Event Support, Execution & Logistics:

Manage end-to-end planning, production, and execution of regional events, industry tradeshows, and webinars.

Coordinate logistics including booth setup, registrations, shipping, Wi-Fi, carpet, electricity, and promotional items.

Create and manage event registration pages, lead retrieval systems, and campaign tracking.

Execute pre-, during-, and post-event email campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce for lead management.

Maintain event trackers and ensure accurate lead data for follow-up and reporting.

Develop scalable, turnkey “event in a box” for select regional events including key promotional assets.


Lead Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update all regional event trackers with key data including event details, Salesforce campaign links, costs, and leads.

Track, analyze, and report on event performance, marketing contribution, and ROI to inform future strategy and justify investment.

Obtain and reformat post-show leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for campaign follow-up.

Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely updates to lead and opportunity records, supporting pipeline visibility and alignment.

Maintain and update all regional event trackers with event details, Salesforce campaign links, event costs, and leads.


Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in event marketing, event planning, and/or integrated marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work a schedule Monday – Friday.


You Will Excite Us If You:

Experience in field or channel marketing.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.

Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Lead with a passion for creating exceptional experiences focusing on customer experience


Day to Day:

Midlevel and experienced contractor. Someone that can help and put structure in place for a multitude of local events. Approximately 50 events and webinars. Manager the high level logistics and build out the process. Opportunities to streamline the process and provide visibility to leadership and how it is performing year to date and review what is working and not working. Asses, read date, analysis. Contractor will not traveling to events. They will enabling sales and making sure everything is ready to go and do critical thinking to determine what is really necessary for the events. Contractor that understands components of event planning and report the impact of the event to leadership.


This contractor will work closely with the client.


Must Have:

Strong management Skills

Build out processes and comfortable working in a Fast Pace environment

SalesForce, AI experience to build the foundation.

Microsoft Office working across teams and Share Point.

Excellent Communication skills they will be talking to sales leader.

Email marketing- Best in Class practices for local activation
