This role serves as the primary coordinator for customer service requests, spare parts orders, and field service activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting operational and business objectives. The specialist will work closely with customers, service managers, field service engineers, manufacturing facilities, and internal support teams to coordinate service visits, monitor equipment and spare parts deliveries, manage orders, and maintain accurate documentation.Key responsibilities include processing service and spare parts requests, coordinating field service schedules, creating and managing sales orders and projects in SAP, tracking delivery timelines, supporting billing and revenue recognition activities, maintaining customer records in Salesforce/ServiceMax, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. The role requires strong customer communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.This position supports a broad range of activities across customer service, order management, project coordination, and service operations. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout North America.Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in service operations, customer service, field service coordination, order management, or a related function.Hands-on experience with SAP for sales orders, projects, billing, invoicing, supply chain, or service operations activities.Experience working with Salesforce (and/or ServiceMax is a plus but not required).Experience supporting customers in a service-oriented environment.Strong customer communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.English fluency required.Ability to work independently in a remote environmentFamiliarity with spare parts logistics, inventory tracking, and service scheduling.Understanding of project management, revenue recognition, and cost planning activities within SAP.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and internal teams.Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.High attention to detail and quality focus.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a changing environment.Customer-first mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.Notes:Remote in PST or CST time zone
