Position Overview



Seeking a Field Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, who is interested in developing a career that combines customer service, field operations, sales support, and business operations within the energy industry.

The Field Support Specialist serves as a key link between our customers, field personnel, and internal operations teams. This position is responsible for coordinating product deliveries to customer locations, supporting service execution at drilling rigs, providing product recommendations, and assisting with service documentation, billing activities, and customer communications. The role offers valuable exposure to field operations, customer relationship management, and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer and Field Support
Deliver products and materials to customer drilling and production sites in a safe and professional manner.
Serve as a customer-facing representative, building positive relationships with rig personnel and customer contacts.
Support field teams by providing timely delivery of products, equipment, and materials.
Assist with product recommendations and service-related discussions at customer locations.
Coordinate with field personnel to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Service Operations and Business Support
Support service execution activities by ensuring accurate documentation and communication of field activities.
Assist with billing and service-related administrative processes, including maintaining records and required paperwork.
Enter and maintain operational information within company systems.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and field service teams to support customer accounts and business objectives.
Track and communicate delivery status, service updates, and customer requirements.

Warehouse and Inventory Support
Load and unload deliveries while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Perform shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and recordkeeping.
Pick, stage, and distribute materials, components, and products to support operational requirements.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.

Health, Safety, and Compliance
Follow all client and customer HSE policies and procedures.
Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
Promote a strong safety culture while working in warehouse and field environments.

Qualifications

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel locally and spend significant time driving to customer locations.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to occasionally travel to NM, including overnight stays when required.

Preferred
Internship, part-time, or professional experience in sales, customer service, account management, business operations, or logistics.
Interest in developing a career in field operations, sales, or energy services.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment
Most work will be performed in client site, with occasional support required in NM. The position combines office, warehouse, customer-site, and field environments. Driving a company vehicle for extended periods (typically 4–6 hours per day when supporting field operations) may be required.
