Description:
Duties
Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction
Drive to Client locations (must have own transportation)
Complete assigned projects and tasks
Install computer equipment
Run service tickets

Experience


Previous computer hardware, printer, customer service

Position Summary


Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects, installing computer equipment, and running service calls. Work alone, under guidance, and drive between several client locations on a daily basis, performing these duties.

Education


High school diploma
Certifications and other degrees a plus

Must Haves:
-Previous Field work is a huge plus. (ex. driving site to site, managing tickets, etc.). Please list any experience on top of resume
-Hardware repair experience
-Have ability to work on their own
-Lift 75lbs
-Work flexible hours


Notes:

M-F 8:30A - 5P EST
Onsite as needed

Work approximately 40 hours per week

BACKGROUND MUST INCLUDE MVR CHECK FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO DRIVING
