The client is seeking a financial analyst to develop the MDBT and ensure all project funding requests align with the documentation requirements for each APD in support of the MES Program.This position is responsible for ensuring that all project funding requests align with the documentation requirements for each Advanced Planning Document (APD), and that APDs accurately reflect the full funding needs of each project while meeting CMS enhanced funding conditions. The role collects project cost estimates from stakeholders to update the Medicaid Detailed Budget Table (MDBT), calculates MES APD budget tables, drafts APD financial narratives, and facilitates budget discussions with internal and external partners. The position collaborates closely with project teams, technical teams, vendors, Contracts, client Budget, ITD Finance, and other key stakeholders to develop APDs that support the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Program.
