Position Overview


Minimum of 2 days onsite

Financial Analyst

Who will you support:
There are many departments at the client, your primary focus will be on, but not limited to, the Client Finance & Administration department.

What work will you do:
Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions; clear outstanding items
Prepare and submit journals.
Identify and resolve incorrect journal entries, data anomalies, deviations from established procedures, and unusual issues
Run, maintain, reconcile, review, combine, analyze and validate financial data sets, utilizing financial reports, financial databases, and key financial information often from multiple systems. Assist in the preparation of basic management information reports.
Provide support to budgeting and forecasting
Additional duties as applicable to the role

What we are looking for:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently and as a team player
Strong project management skills and ability to contribute to or lead part of a multifunctional team.

Preferred but not required:
Proficiency with Oracle systems in general
Proficiency with Adaptive Planning

Required experience: 3 years

Top 3 requirements to hire:
Advanced proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including advanced formula use.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems and aptitude to learn new systems
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and ability to effectively multitask.
