Develop complex application features and create technical designs.Participate in peer code and design reviews.Coordinate with departments and users in support of business applications.Represent the IT department in terms of software development expertise in coordination with other departments.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field of study4+ years of experience with JEE, EJB 3+, Hibernate 3+, JMS, JSF, JBoss 4+4+ years of experience with Oracle 10g+ and/or Postgres; good understanding of RDBMS concepts4+ years of experience with Application Development/Software Engineer/Design concepts4+ years of web application development4+ years of experience with object-oriented design and architectureExperience with Python, PL/SQL, Vue.js, Angular, React and scripting languages is a plusExperience with writing technical documentationExperience with SDLC; Scrum PreferredHas analytical and problem solving skillsExcelled interpersonal and communication skillsNotes:2 to 3 days per week onsite Hybrid VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
