We continue developing digital tools to enable efficiency and support a variety of learning and development opportunities.What you'll be doingReporting to the Associate Director for Device Connectivity, this individual contributor role will serve as an Upstream Product Marketing Manager. You will drive the strategic development, management, and growth of our device connectivity portfolio across the portfolios. This position will collaborate with relevant upstream product managers/upstream marketing, regional marketing and sales teams, R&D, as well as other internal and external partners for the overall connectivity portfolio and strategy. You will lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to drive profitable portfolio growth globally.Develop product, cross-product and application roadmaps including software and hardware devicesCollaborate with product teams across business units to align on release cadences and roadmap prioritizationDrive portfolio growth strategy incorporating innovation to address market needs and opportunitiesResearch and understand key market/customer trends and competitor strategiesDevelop strategic business plans and financial models to capitalize on market needs and opportunitiesDrive clinical research requirements to support the connectivity value proposition and product launch activitiesCommunication of the strategy and securing consensus from customers, key industry influencers and client executive leadershipDrive alignment with regional marketing and business partners on connectivity market needs, go to market strategies and pricingDevelop and track key business performance indicators to identify necessary countermeasure to achieving business/market goalsPartners on technology deployment for connectivity product validation requirementsCross-functional leadership to deploy new go-to-market strategies for technology including pricing, quote to cash, training and supportPartner with global commercial and service teams to drive market adoption of connected IT solutionsWhat you'll bringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science or related field required - MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plusMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upstream marketing, product management or similar, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in upstream marketing, product management or similarPrior product management experience for a device connectivity portfolio (hardware and software) preferredExperience developing products for the OR; Experience working on integration and connected products in the operating room preferredLeadership experience; and indirect team management without authorityHighly organized, initiative-taker who can lead and collaborate across the organization effectivelyExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated effective communication skills and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcomeAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.Ability to travel -15%Notes:This is a hybrid position
