Graphic Designer – PowerPoint Focus

Position Summary/Mission
The client Mental Well-being Communications team is looking for a candidate to assist with design needs for presentations and other forms of graphic design to help bring the story of Quality & Performance, and data integration to life. This candidate will work closely with the director of Engagement and other subject matter experts to understand the design needs and produce design in different formats. The candidate should have the skills to assist in the production of communications through various methods that align with the role that will include: PowerPoint presentations, data graph visual representation, digital and print layout for flyers, digital images, guidebooks, infographics, designed email communications, and more. Strong task management, prioritization and organization skills are key skills for this role. The candidate will learn and champion client brand standards; provide timely, quality deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines; maintain positive, supportive relationships with coworkers; and handle multiple projects and expected work volume.
Candidate should be detail oriented and have proficient design review editing skills. Candidate should have excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Pro and experience creating presentations for executives and sales needs, custom graphics that visually represent data, flyers, digital images, etc. Candidate should have excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Candidate should have proficient writing skills for communicating via email with internal and external customers. Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance, worklife and wellness programs is desired. Knowledge of digital accessibility is desired.

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Provides supports to BH/EAP Sales for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for internal needs.
Effectively collaborates with key subject matter experts to meet the business needs and requests.
Meets urgent deadlines for immediate projects/requests that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe.
Works to support the client Mental Well-being leadership and business needs with design assistance as needed.

Duties
Produces and edits mental well-being videos and podcasts for internal and external communications

Experience
Adobe Audition or comparable audio editing/podcast software – 5 years
Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software – 5 years
MS Office latest versions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 5 years required.
Adobe Photoshop 5 years required.
Adobe Illustrator 5 years required.
Adobe Acrobat Pro. 5 years required.
Proficient skills in writing. 3-5 year preferred

Education
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
