Overview and Purpose of Role: Food for Good is client's global philanthropic commitment to advance food security through collaboration in communities where we live and work. In the U.S. Food for Good is focused on making healthy food accessible for families. This role is primarily focused on aiding customers and growth team members to ensure appropriate focus can be put to these support activities. The intent is for this individual to be primary lead on summer Home Delivery program, own the documents and resources supporting growth, and conduct market research to aid with gap and bid analysis work.Primary objectives of this role are to: Home Delivery Lead: Own all day-to-day responsibilities of summer “Meals to You” and year-round “Meal Solutions Direct” programs, including any required customer interactions Growth Resource Governance: Ensure all required documents for bids, contracts, orders, or marketing efforts are up to date, accurate, and effectively organized in shared virtual repository Market Research: Leverage publicly available data to compile and organize for use information surrounding sponsor organizations, bids, vendors, pricing, menus, contract length, etc. Growth Calendar Owner: Support growth team organization by maintaining key date calendar including key conferences, customer events, upcoming bid windows, marketing plans and ensure team is beginning any pre-work in advance of those dates Sales Strategy Support: Assist the Growth Lead and other team members in the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives Reporting: Support collection of Growth-related impact reporting or sales metrics as neededRole Requirements: Experience in building consultative, relationship driven partnerships grounded in integrity, customer service and a commitment to delivering market leading solutions.Prior experience in sales or customer service preferredStrong communication skills including both with customers and internal, cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently and represent client in a professional manner in the community (virtually and in-person) with little day to day supervision.
