Description:

Education and Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions; talent management experience a plus
Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and digital solutions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Recommended in this Position:
Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
Deep Organizational Knowledge (preferred, but not required):Comprehensive understanding of the client's organization management and culture, specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
SaaS Platform Expertise: Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners, and team members
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
Facilitation and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers
