The Coordinator III - HEDIS Outreach Coordinator will work directly with other coordinators to ensure quality of work delivered, performance/productivity benchmarks are met, and all compliance related issues are properly addressed, trained and coached on a consistent basis.1.Provider Cleanup: Work with Provider Cleanup team to systematically scrub QMRM to clean provider information. Non - responder calls to providers to get medical records into plans.3.Communication Development: Communicate effectively, both verbally and via email, to other Cross-Functional teams throughout the organization. Make calls to providers to request request records, get updates phone, fax emails. Retrieves data from a variety of sources.
