Position Description:

  • Help desk center for the existing Centralize background check portal.

Skills Required:

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Essentially, a blend of technical knowledge and soft skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve user problems.
  • Strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • All while demonstrating patience and empathy when interacting with users facing technical issues
  • Call center skills - 1 Year

Experience Required:

  • Call Center experience Office environment experience

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma
