Job Description


VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the staffing industry, with a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our workforce by implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full candidate onboarding lifecycle for all new hires for our Staffing division.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and training programs.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in staffing and HR, and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the staffing industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a staffing environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
