Description:HR GeneralistAssist Production supervisors with hourly employee development and performance issues and provides direction to production supervisors on preparing and submitting for weekly payroll processing.Complete general case management, including case review and audit for accurate classification and processing, guaranteeing adherence and the company protocols.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and retention and promote key moments, achievements, and events with employeesCreate ongoing energizing initiatives such as digital boards, recognition programs, and other creative methods/tools.Provide and maintain communication systems for employees through bulletin boards, publications, written memos, and meetings to maintain accurate information sources.Assist hourly production employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions as well as interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.2+ years of experienceEducation/Experience Required:High School Diploma.
