Job Description:Technical Professional - HR Operations SpecialistYour role and responsibilitiesAs a member of the HR team in manufacturing unit, Electrification Smart Power - Power Protection, you will be part to the overall HR contribution and value added to the business.The work model for the role is onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:Support HR Activities: collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environmentOperational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activitiesHR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementationEmployee Experience: support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activitiesProject Support: Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBPCompliance & Governance: Ensure HR activities comply with the client’s values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures and U.S. employment legislationContinuous improvement: contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needsQualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant fieldYou have 2 years of experience in human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations.
