Assists with routine tasks, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.Core ResponsibilitiesProcess and track new hire (preboarding) activitiesAssist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the systemReview records for completeness and accuracyRespond to basic employee and manager questions (via email)Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete informationCoordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-upsProvide general administrative and clerical HR supportBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of administrative or HR support experienceExperience with general I-9 information and completionBasic skills in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and organizationGood customer service and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential informationPreferred (Not Required)Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)Notes:Work hours: 8:30-5Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office, can work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
