Description:This position will be a key player in driving employee engagement for client’s Drug Delivery Manufacturing Facility. This role is responsible for payroll, leaves administration, supporting employee relations, and interpreting HR policies.Weekly Payroll and CompensationReview, correct, and approve weekly payroll. Support employees and managers with payroll questions and issues.Support Annual Compensation Review process; conduct bi-annual compensation reviewEmployee RelationsSupport employee investigations and resolutions to issuesPartner with managers and complete disciplinary actionsPrimary HR contact for Penicillin leaders and employeesCoordinate leave of absences and accommodation requestsEmployee EngagementProactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, practices, and key HR programsLead all aspects of exit survey interviews and identify ways to improve employee listening strategiesSupport new employee orientation. Collect I9 documentations and process WorkdayAdditional ResponsibilitiesRun monthly and ad hoc reports for site leadersProcess Workday tasks.
