Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides operational and administrative support to the HR departmentInitial point of contact and resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, providing a high level of service to all areas of the businessProvides support for annual HR processesCollaborate with HR professionals and contribute to projects that support the execution of HR programsProvide exceptional customer service to managers and employees.Identify trends in employee issues, seek out and recommend process improvements, and implement new procedures as appropriate.Help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor law requirements through support of corporate HR compliance efforts.QualificationsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to be proactive, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyAbility to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibilityAbility to demonstrate critical thinkingMust be bilingual, English and SpanishPreferred QualificationsExperience or interest in HRNotes:8:00am to 5:00pm
