Description: How You’ll Make an ImpactThe position will provide a full range of Human Resources support and expertise. As a trusted partner to and a member of the local leadership team, you will bring an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues.Proactively drive HR strategy within organization as aligned with business goals.Provide coaching to managers and employees to accelerate leadership development at all levels in the organization.Promote and champion diversity efforts in hiring, promotion, job rotations, etc.Consult with partnered organization on strategies and communications designed to create an environment that drives individual and team success and retention.Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to maximize employee contributions and address performance gaps.Identify needs for change management and champion related activitiesProvide counsel to managers and employees consistent with the client policies.Partner with HR Performance Optimization team and Shared Service providers on escalated questions regarding payroll, leave of absences, investigations, policies, etc. What You BringThe successful candidate will possess:Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Organizational Development. Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Behavior Studies or related field preferred5+ years of successful experience in a human resources business partner capacity with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above.Ability to work in a highly matrixed and complex organization.Proven ability to prioritize, analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions rapidly and with positive outcomes.Proven ability to communicate effectively, in both written and oral presentation skills.Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships with a remote employee population.Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to influence and achieve results.Ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levelsAbility to support and consult managers and employees in the administration, interpretation and application of policies and procedures.The proven ability to objectively coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters.The proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills, professionalism, and a positive team attitude.The ability to work in a changing environment and help lead others through the phases of change.
