PROJECT DETAILS
The client is seeking a Technical/Functional Specialist to support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud. EPM is integrated with the client PeopleSoft Financials application and utilizes Lawson position and payroll data. This data is loaded and maintained using Oracle Data Integrator.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility will be assisting with production support and performance enhancements within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud.

The Technical/Functional Specialist will be primary support for the client Budget Justification Document, reviewing and assisting with the design, configuration, build, and testing of Narrative Reporting, conversion of Financial Reports to Narrative Reports, Management reports, business rules, calc scripts, calc script customizations, Essbase application components, Smartview, Data forms, Web Forms, security, loading source data into EPM, and integration with other applications.

In addition, the Technical/Functional Specialist will provide production support to Financial Systems support staff, working directly with the functional teams, database and system administrators, and developers.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must have executed at least one successful end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud conversion from on premise Hyperion application for a Federal Government Client.
Knowledge and experience working directly with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud;
Knowledge and experience working with functional users;
Knowledge and experience configuring dimensions with optimal dimension design and identifying alternate hierarchies;
Knowledge and experience configuring Essbase application components, business rules and calc scripts and calc script customizations;
Knowledge and experience developing Narrative Reports, and text-based reports with Financial Reporting Studio; specifically, experience creating a Federal Budget Book.
Knowledge and experience with Federal Budgeting.
Knowledge and experience with Smartview, and form development in EPM Cloud.
Knowledge and experience with data conversion and loading source data into EPM Cloud.
Knowledge and experience working with Human Capital Planning loading employee and position-based data.
Knowledge and experience using Groovy scripting
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or a comparable ERP and Lawson HR or a comparable Payroll application, and specifically the integration with Enterprise Performance Management Cloud using the EPM integration agent.
Knowledge and experience loading data into EPM Cloud with Oracle Data Integrator;
Knowledge and experience with EPM Security administration.
Must have experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud applications with the Scrum Agile framework, and using Click up software to manage project work

Plus Factors
Experience with Quest Stat change management or a comparable change management application
Experience integrating Appian data with EPM Cloud
