Job Description


We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team on a contract basis to assist with two important projects within the Client's location. As a SharePoint Developer, you will play a critical role in modifying existing workflows, creating technical documentation, and executing the migration of files from Box online storage to Client's SharePoint website. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in SharePoint development.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Power Automate development to modify existing workflows within Microsoft SharePoint.
Assess the current client's SharePoint and workflows setup.
Implement changes to existing workflows based on the evolving requirements of Client's business units.
Execute the migration of files and documents from the current Box online storage system to Client's SharePoint website.
Collaborate closely with client's Applications Administrator and other departments to gather requirements for SharePoint workflow changes and files migration.
Test workflows and migrated files thoroughly to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Provide technical documentation for both projects, detailing workflows, migration processes, and any necessary configurations.
Work remotely and commit to 15 to 20 hours per week for a period of 6 months, totaling an estimated not-to-exceed total of 480 hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint development, including Power Automate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with document management systems and file migrations.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and under the supervision of Client's Applications Administrator.
Technical documentation skills.
