Relevant work Experience of being a Claims Analyst for 2- 3 years.
Strong Written/verbal communications (customer service skills)
Very familiar with MS Office suite
Strong organizational capabilities
Associate degree would be nice to have.


The intake role would involve receiving and processing claims and then assigning the claim to the appropriate analyst. This person could also be responsible for making first contact with the customer and providing the assigned analyst’s name and contact information. Assigning these administrative tasks to a contingent worker would allow our analysts to focus on investigating and resolving claims.


Skills and Abilities:

Customer Service background; capable of professional, clear, and succinct written communication; with training, comfortable with using an online claims management system; comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for email.
