Job Description


Looking for individuals that can support a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

They will be helping in the following areas:

Create Billing
Create Requisitions for Subcontractors
Track Subcontractor Certified Payroll
Setting jobs to close
Archive documents
Schedule turnover meetings
Support with Financial Plan Cost Adjustments

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED?
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills?
Ability to read and understand?contract documentation
Proficient in?Microsoft Office?and business software systems?
Good verbal and written communication skills in English?

8AM - 5PM
