Job Description


Candidate should have experience in:

• Construction Industry Billing/Progress billing: this includes AIA billing documents and creating SOVs (Schedule of Values)
• Familiarity with Lien waivers
• Customer contract review – ability to determine customer’s billing requirements from purchase orders/contract docs
• Ability to work under pressure (deadlines) and handle a high volume workload with accuracy
• Basic Excel skills (familiar with formulas)
• Basic Math Skills

Also, experience with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic platforms is not required, but a ‘nice to have’.

Initially position will be in- office, but could transition to hybrid based on performance.
