Description:

INTERN--JR. TECHNICIAN / Root Cause / Process Simplification Specialist


Administrate sites/sub-sites and libraries in accordance with current practices.
Support the senior quality engineers in data analysis, spreadsheets, presentations and data visualization.
Create/Maintain Tableau Dashboards for the Quality Management Programs (Customer Excellence, Risk Mgmt. for Service and Service CAPA).
Support the QIS (CAPA_ tool enhancement and dashboards) and with deep dives on Root Cause Analysis.
Support the Day-to-day activities of the QM team.
Support the Non-Conformance process and/or tool with configuration updates, data quality improvements (CCM Tool, etc.)
Support global team meetings in collaboration with our colleagues in Berlin, Muelheim, Orlando or other locations.
Support & Enhance Kick Off / Improvement Workshops with preparation and documentation.
Support Customer Advocacy Program with Scorecards generation and data requirements
Collaborate on Digital projects with focus on data analysis based on our quality tools (across the organization)
Support Q PMO and Regional topics to address systematic issues with data intelligence and the relevant Quality tools

REQUIRED Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Strong PC literacy and Microsoft Office skills
Minimum 3.0 GPA. Preferably in an Engineering / Science discipline.
Strong Data analysis background
Understanding of the SharePoint licensing model and application concepts
MS Power Apps, Tableau, Alteryx knowledge preferred
Business acumen
