Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION

  • Responsible for physical Inventory support and analysis, recall/reconciliations, in transit and open PO analysis, research of variances and adjustments, and “MS Access” reporting to supply chain. Complete investigation and analysis of inventory results. Various store adjustments, documentation and reporting.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of inventory data, and results.
  • Provide analysis and timely adjustments for break-ins.
  • Adjustments including but not limited to store to store, lost shipments, shipping errors, sync, and closed stores.
  • Compilation of data and review for weekly adjustment review.
  • Provide documentation for Internal and External audit requests.
  • Research and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Comply with established company internal controls.
  • Maintain continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify, review and implement process improvements.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed or directed.
  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to be a self-starter working independently, taking the initiative to solve problems/pursue opportunities.
  • Effectively communicates with management.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support weekly replenishment execution and recapping
  • Support and investigate store tickets related to frame callouts
  • Pull, share and analyze reporting. (Inventory levels and delivery tracking)
  • Adhoc reporting and analysis based on business needs
  • Billing Estimation

  • 5 years of professional experience sounds appropriate, but the most important thing is that the person is comfortable working with data and very detail oriented. (would say 7 out of 10 skill level in Excel)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Strong Excel, PP, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong working knowledge in SAP (FMS/AFS1)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills/traits including: highly organized, innovative, and high ethical standards

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Inventory Management

Education:

  • Industrial Engineering discipline
