Prepare comprehensive written documentation of testing activities including test results and discrepancy reports. Provide technical support to users. Train and guide other analysts. Analyze and evaluate user/system requirements. Make oral and written presentations on automated system changes. Ensure system modifications are in compliance with client guidelines.The position will participate in coordinating and supporting IT projects on the basis of their strategic alignment to the objectives of the client.
