IT Operations Coordinator



This position Identifies, coordinates, and completes administrative duties across the Resource Manager / Product Team space. Focus will be primarily on the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of contingent / full time staff for Product Engineering.



Job Responsibilities:

Work Order / SOG / Stars Process
Validate work order (WO) submissions, checking data accuracy through completion
Create and follow up on SOG requests
Create and follow up on Stars requests
Continually monitor term dates to ensure no access is turned off prematurely
General Onboarding Assistance and Tracking o Coordination of NEO requests
Ensure appropriate VPI specs are requested
Follow up on any AYS tickets/blockers
Assist with IIQ requests and manage escalations on approvals
Assist with RBAC role updates and follow up
Assist with tracking vendor onboarding performance (delays, attrition, leaves of absence, interview attendance) to provide to PSS
RM Administrative Support
Assist in coordinating large training class schedules
Assist in scheduling of candidate interviews
Timesheet follow up to ensure timeliness of submission
Assist in coordinating large executive meetings
Ensure compliance of Rover data entry in regards to open requests



Required Job Qualifications:

Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent project coordination skills
Knowledge of the basics of contingent labor
