This is a full-time, temporary position. The successful candidate will work both on-site and remotely and play a critical role in coordinating and tracking hardware, software, and service orders.Key Responsibilities:Place purchase orders with vendors in a timely and accurate mannerTrack and follow up on outstanding orders with vendors and internal stakeholdersMaintain clear and organized records of all procurement activitiesAssist with processing and verifying invoices to ensure proper paymentCommunicate status updates regularly to IT staff and escalate delays as neededMust have:Strong procurement or buying experienceVendor management, purchase order processing, experience with ERP/procurement systems, and/or budget management.Qualifications:Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support preferredFamiliarity with IT products and services is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site and remote environmentNotes:Hybrid position - at least one day a week in officeVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
