IT Systems Trainer

Position Summary:
The IT Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs to support municipal system implementations and technology rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop training materials, manuals, and job aids
Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions
Support system rollouts and user onboarding
Develop training needs assessments
Provide post-go-live support documentation
Assist with change management communication plans

Required Skills:
Instructional design
End-user training delivery
Documentation development
Communication and facilitation
Change management support

Required Experience:
5–8+ years IT systems training experience
Experience training municipal or public sector users
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems

Preferred Certifications:
Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) (nice to have)
Prosci Change Management (nice to have)

Hybrid
Travel: Occasional onsite presence required
