Description of ProjectJob Application Process Product Transformation The client is seeks a consultant team to provide services for the transformation and improvement of the client job application process to a product model.The client is looking for a vendor to define the job application process product, develop personas, create value and journey maps, engage with customers, generate a product roadmap, create a product backlog, and make recommendations for technical tools.These categories will be used for cost scoring purposes and are not meant to be an all-inclusive list of the services potentially needed for this scope of work. Deliverable #3: Product Roadmap and BacklogCreate a long-term product strategy and roadmap for the job application processProvide recommendations for new technical tools or updates to existing technical tools, including technology investments requiredRoadmap should be structured for early and continual successes while maintaining movement toward robust capabilities aligned with customer needs, financial resources, and staff availability.Create a product backlog for the team to begin working onPresent strategy and roadmap for key groups of stakeholdersPotential Subsequent Phase(s) - Continued Product TransformationMay include additional services pertaining to continued product transformation in this and other business areas.Desired QualificationsThe client are seeking a vendor who has: Project resources possessing Scrum Alliance Certification CSM, CSPO, or similarExtensive experience in providing independent assessmentsProven history of creating successful transformation and product roadmaps for complex organizationsExtensive experience and proven success in customer engagement, value stream mapping, and customer journey mappingDemonstrated knowledge of and extensive experience with product based agile operating modelsProven history of success in guiding organizational changeExperience working with government organizationsExtensive knowledge of and experience with the ERP systems market for candidate recruitment and selectionNote :Most work is expected to be done remotely via Microsoft Teams or WebEx.
