Description:

Lead Cloud Consultant

Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing functional support of Cloud applications and serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. Participate and lead with voice and contact center cloud foundational efforts, application modernization and data center migration components.

Job Responsibilities:
Consult and participate in Cloud upgrade releases and new projects involving strategy, implementation and support.
Assess impact of patches on training, interfaces, processes, documentation.
Make recommendations for adoption of new or changed functionality.
Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve help desk issues and vendor service requests.
Create and maintain existing documentation (Configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration)
Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices
Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes)
Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly and emergency patches
Assist in training support

Required Job Qualifications:
Strong foundation in networking, VoIP and SIP
Demonstrated experience with Oracle Session Boarder Controller (SIP manipulation, SIPREC),and Session Routers
Experience with Cisco CUBE and vCUSP
Can deploy, configure and support both physical and virtualized (VMware and Nutanix) products
Support and engineer interconnectivity with cloud vendors such as Cisco Webex, Amazon Connect and Microsoft Teams
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field from an accredited college/university
Functional professional with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Cloud applications and completion of one full Cloud implementation.
Experience with Cloud release upgrade process; Ability to perform and lead business process impact analysis while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders
Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, performing impact analysis and testing.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype functional configuration, testing, user training
Solid performance using Python, SQL database, SolarWinds, Wireshark
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Applicants must have analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to solve problems involving remote and elusive symptoms often spanning multiple business areas/functions
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Consulting experience with top-tier consulting firm
Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Cloud applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Eagerness to mentor work colleagues
