Description: Delivering moderate to complex aftermarket power generation projects assuring that the activities are in line with the value proposition, schedule, and budget.Identifying proper customer points of contact in each layer of customer accounts and building relationships; fostering customer intimacy.Monitoring, coordinating, and expediting all the internal processes for the procurement of project materials and services.Reporting major project KPI’s to leadership such as on time delivery, actual revenue versus planned revenue, project margin.Manage entire project lifecycle from planning stage through the completion of all contractual delivery obligations, including project close-out review.Coordinate all communications between the customer and the Company in a timely manner, from receipt of order through the end of the contract or warranty period if applicable.Coordinate activity within internal departments for recruitment of project personnel and tooling.Regularly review project performance and report any significant issues of concern to senior management when the situation warrants.Report completion of project milestones to ensure on-time invoicing.Effectively negotiate and record customer project variations ensuring relevant internal departments are notified in a timely manner.Ensure final project reports and workbooks are completed on time and in-full.Identifying risks and opportunities and developing plans for mitigation and enhancement/growth.
