Job duties:Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing systemEnsure application compliance with statutesFingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of the status of their applicationRespond to public inquiriesLog fees and receiptsPrepare board meeting materials and minutes.Attend and assist with board meetings.Order office suppliesSkills and abilities will include:AdaptableAbility to learn quicklyAbility to multitaskAbility to take directionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, change direction and prioritize as neededAbility to take ownership of the position and stay on taskPreferred Skills/Experience: previous experience working with the client, system migration, audits, licensing, customer serviceClient is looking for a candidate with good computer skills to help with the overflow of work they currently have.Notes:This is a full-time on-site position.Expected to work 40 hours a week, will work exclusively on site downtown at the office (with consideration for remote).
