Position Overview

Maintenance Mechanic

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building maintenance repairs
Plumbing Maintenance/Repairs
HVAC Maintenance/Repairs
Electrical Maintenance/Repair
Renovations
Furniture relocations
Equipment Maintenance/Repair
Vehicle Maintenance
Outside Grounds Maintenance

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in general building maintenance
Experience in outside building maintenance
Ability to use a computer, experience using Microsoft
Must have a Valid Driver's License

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Ability to speak and understand English - Required -
Experience in general building maintenance/repair, washing windows, sweeping mopping, taking out trash - Required - 1 Years
Experience in general plumbing maintenance/repair, changing fixtures, addressing blocked toilets - Required - 1 Years
Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair, changing filters, flushing lines - Required - 1 Years
Experience in electrical maintenance/repair, changing light switches, bulbs, trouble shooting - Required - 1 Years
Experience in renovations, patching holes, caulking, painting - Required - 1 Years
Experience using general lawn maintenance equipment, including climbing a ladder, using trimmers and mowing, chain saws - Required - 1 Years
Experience in vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, washing, properly inflating tire pressures - Required - 1 Years

Notes:
Work Environment: Indoor office and outdoor duties
Equipment Used: normal hand tools, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
